• Personal Experience:

  • We were a little confused as to where we were supposed to wait but eventually we got into the right place. Seating is awkward tall which might not work for everyone but I didn't ask for an accommodations. Restrooms are not easy to get to and food was also in an awkward spot. Staff were nice.

• Personal Experience:

  • An employee saw I was using my mobility stick and immediately walked me to the ADA entrance. Let security know if you have anything that might set off the metal detectors. Once through security we got our tickets scanned and I asked for the ADA seating and was directed to a small elevated area in the back with seating and standing room. ADA bathroom was near by but I didn't use it as I don't like to be a hassle to ask to open it. But it's nice to know it's there. The bar is right by the ADA as well which is great. Staff were super helpful and understanding. Parking is typical Hollywood situation.

  Yes! To the best of our ability, the venue staff are here to help. Please make security aware if you require ada seating. Please note that the area is first come first serve, and only one guest may accompany you to the area. In the event that the area is full with people requiring it, your guest may be asked to watch from the normal viewing area.

  The glass house is fully wheelchair accessible.
